Using Swit

Organization: An organization can encompass one or more workspaces. Within a single organization, different departments or teams can have their own distinct workspaces, or all collaborate in a single workspace.

Communication takes place in every phase of the project, whether it's through tasks or chat. Share essential information in the messaging channels when collaborating, and leverage comment threads for communication.

A message refers to each individual post placed in the channel. Each message can be utilized as a thread with comments.

All members of an organization conduct and manage various tasks depending on their roles and collaborate with each other to achieve the organization’s goals.

Each project contains individual tasks that can be easily checked and managed using various views and filters. They can also be attached to other channels or tasks to share with other members.

For tasks that occur repeatedly on a regular basis, you can create recurring tasks. The tasks that recur can be managed with templates.

In Swit, you can create progress reports using customized charts and graphs that everyone can see, eliminating the need for unnecessary guesswork.

Members can continue real-time communication needed for collaboration not only in channels but also more closely and freely in chat spaces. Just like channels, each message in a chat space can be utilized as a thread through comments.

Files and Saved items can be accessed at the organizational level, allowing you to filter and view them from a single menu. You can share files and saved items by dragging and dropping them into channel messages and chat comments.

From the Swit top bar, you can access various features to enhance the convenience of your workflow. See the right side of the top bar to access the following features.

All notifications generated in Swit are provided in a unified list. Notifications originating from messages, tasks, various plug-in features, and other items are grouped in thread format.

When you click on the search bar at the top of the screen, a search panel opens where you can search for keywords.

Swit's incoming webhooks are a convenient way of sharing information from external services to Swit.

For our regular updates that aren't mandatory or highly recommended, you have the flexibility to update at your convenience. Here's how you can check your current version and update it when you choose to.
